Jersey City Man Killed In Shooting: Prosecutor's Office
No arrests have been made in the early Saturday morning fatal shooting in Jersey City, according to the county prosecutor.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A fatal shooting in Jersey City is under investigation Saturday morning, according to the Hudson County prosecutor's office.
Around 4 a.m., Jersey City Police had responded to gunshots in the area of Grant Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive, according to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez. Officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound in the torso. The man was taken to Jersey City Medical Center and pronounced dead around 4:20 a.m.
The man was identified as Ishamell McCany, 41, of Jersey City. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the medical examiner.
