Man Charged With Sex Assault Of 10-Year-Old Girl In Jersey City: Prosecutor
The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said the Jersey City man, 28, sexually assaulted the girl in a home on Sunday.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — A 28-year-old Jersey City man was arrested on Thursday and charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.
Anthony Clinton, 28 was charged with second degree sexual assault by contact, and third degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
Prosecutors said the crime occurred inside a Jersey City residence on Sunday.

Clinton was arrested without incident at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, the office said.
The Prosecutor’s Office has filed a Detention Motion which is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 16.
