Man Revived By Police, Then Arrested In Jersey City
Police say the man was found with a small bottle they believe contained PCP.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A man was revived by police after passing out outside of a Jersey City fast food restaurant, and later arrested.
Port Authority Police say Michael F. Jones, 38, fell over in distress outside of the 12th Street Burger King Friday night. He was limp and not breathing. Police administered CPR, chest compressions, and oxygen until he began breathing again.
EMTs arrived and found Jones conscious but not responding to instructions or questions. Police say they found a small vial containing suspected PCP.

Jones was taken to Christ Hospital, where a database search turned up warrants out of Jersey City and Hudson County. After his release from the hospital, he was arrested and charged with possession or cocaine/morphine, and bail jumping.
