New Target And Starbucks In Hudson County Get Opening Date
The new "small-format" Target store in Hudson County will include a Starbucks and CVS. It just announced its opening date.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — The Journal Square neighborhood in central Jersey City is growing with apartments and restaurants, and now, a Target store is on the way.
Target will celebrate its official grand opening on March 15, a spokeswoman said Thursday.
The Journal Square store, located at 104 Sip Ave., is a "small-format" Target, they said.

It will contain a Starbucks and a CVS Pharmacy, in addition to its own brands.
The Journal Square store is approximately 40,000 square feet and is expected to hire more than 90 workers, the spokesperon said.

The store is near the Journal Square PATH train station and amid several residential towers rising in the area.
The store will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days per week.
