Mayor Steve Fulop, who's also running for governor, will deliver a State of the City address at City Hall, streamed live.

The 11th annual State of the City Address will be delivered on Thursday, March 21 at 6 p.m. in the council chambers "to highlight his administration’s innovative efforts and transformative achievements over the past 11 years and future goals to bring further progress to Jersey City," the city said in a release.

The event is taking place at 280 Grove St.
