Senior Citizen Is Missing, Jersey City Police Say
Police are seeking tips about a 77-year-old man who disappeared from Jersey City.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Jersey City police are looking for a 77-year-old man who disappeared last week, they said Monday.
Ramon Contreras was last spotted Tuesday around 4 p.m. near 123 Erie St. in downtown Jersey City, a police spokeswoman said.
Contreras suffers from dementia, police said.

Officials issued a "Be On The Lookout" alert last week and renewed their push on Monday because he's still missing, they said.
Contreras is described as a Hispanic male, dark-skinned, 5-foot-4, 150 lbs., and was wearing a dark blue hat, red t-shirt, brown pants, and blue shoes.

In the past, Contreras was found in the South District near Armstrong Avenue, police said.
