Uber Driver Pretended To Be FBI During Jersey City Traffic Stop
The Uber driver claimed he was an FBI agent when he was pulled over for talking on his phone, police said.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — An Uber driver was arrested after Port Authority police say he pretended to be an FBI agent during a traffic stop Friday night.
Andrew T. Kessler, 36, of Queens, was driving into Jersey City from the Holland Tunnel Friday evening when Port Authority police say they saw him using a cell phone. They pulled Kessler over, who handed them a Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons ID card and a shield instead of a drivers license.
Officers said the FBI card was fake, and that Kessler was actually an Uber driver. They also found handcuffs in his car, they said.
