Woman Dies, 2 Injured When Car Slams Into Trailer In Jersey City
A Hudson County woman died and 2 people were injured in a car crash in Jersey City shortly after midnight on Saturday.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — A 31-year-old woman died and two other people were injured in a car crash in Jersey City shortly after midnight Sunday.
Stephanie Weymouth, 31, of Bayonne was pronounced dead shortly after 1 a.m. on Saturday, said the Office of Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.
Prosecutors said that at approximately 12:20 a.m., the Jersey City Police Department was notified of a motor vehicle crash on Route 185 in the area of the Linden Avenue East.

Police found a 2019 Nissan that had collided with the rear of a parked and unoccupied tractor trailer, prosecutors said.
The female driver and two female passengers, including Weymouth, were taken to Jersey City Medical Center by Emergen
Medical Services.

The 28-year-old driver, from Staten Island, and a 27-year-old passenger from Old Bridge were treated at JCMC for non-life-threatening injuries and released.
The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are
