• County Will Spray For Mosquitoes Tuesday In Keansburg, Hazlet, Holmdel (patch.com) — Early Tuesday morning, Monmouth County crews will spray for mosquitoes in specific Keansburg neighborhoods between 3 and 6 a.m., targeting areas north of Port Monmouth Road and near the Henry Hudson Trail. Officials say West Nile virus has been detected locally and urge residents to use repellents, wear long sleeves, and eliminate standing water; a treatment map and details are available online.
