• 'Jersey Shore' star's drug recovery center boosted by Keansburg teens (vcstar.com) — Keansburg High School's Key Club students are earning praise after assembling and delivering 30 welcome baskets to a Tinton Falls addiction recovery center co-founded by "Jersey Shore" star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. Their project, inspired by personal family struggles and Keansburg's own battle with addiction, is part of a broader wave of student-led service that's reshaping the borough's reputation and building long-term community partnerships.
• SSI Football Report: Wesley Tanner Emerges for TRN, Matawan Junior's Tribute to Late Father (shoresportsinsider.com) — Keansburg football fans will note the Titans' narrow 29–26 loss to Manchester, where a last-second goal-line stand at the Hawks' 4-yard line decided the game. The broader Shore Conference roundup highlights standout performances from Toms River North, Matawan, Middletown North, and others, offering context on how Keansburg's tough defeat fits into the evolving playoff picture.
• Keansburg man charged with eluding after crash in Linden (newportdispatch.com) — A 48-year-old Keansburg resident has been charged with multiple counts of eluding and aggravated assault after police say his speeding Jeep caused a head-on crash in Linden, critically injuring three people, including a baby.
