9th Annual Doggie Derby And Family Fun Day Coming To Lacey
Compete in dog competitions and have fun with the whole family in this event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Forked River.
LACEY, NJ — The Rotary Club of Forked River is hosting the Ninth Annual Doggie Derby and Family Fun Day on June 5.
The dog-friendly event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Jones Road Park in Forked River. There will be shows, games, vendors, a bouncy house, a food court and on-site radio broadcast and music by WBNJ.
Novelty competitions will be held, including Most Happy Dog, Best Dressed, Best Tricks and Dog and Owner Lookalike.

Admission is $5 per person with a maximum of $20 per family. Children ages 10 and younger enter for free. If you want your dog to compete, there is an entrance fee of $2 per competition.
The Rotary Club is also seeking vendors for the event. Vendors do not have to be strictly dog-related.
