The notice states there will be no access on Haines Street to travel east from Oak Hollow Lane or west from Oak Hill Court. At Manchester Avenue, access will be limited to residents, contractors and delivery drivers who need to reach residences on Haines Street, Maxim Drive and Oak Hollow Lane.

At Lake Barnegat Drive North, local traffic access will be limited to residents, contractors and delivery drivers who need to reach residences on Haines Street, Oak Hill Court and Cottontail Lane, as well as neighborhoods off Westwood Drive, Hardwood Drive and Lanlac Drive, according to the notice.

Motorists were advised to expect delays, slow down and obey posted traffic control devices, and follow directions from police officers and traffic flaggers. The notice also urges drivers to use extreme caution in and around the work zone, plan extra travel time and consider alternate routes.
