The Cuneo Brothers, of I Heart Horror Day fame, and the Sayreville Cultural Arts Society have combined to celebrate Halloween every year in October with a new tradition: "Scare-ville." For the first time, the Borough Hall lawn is decorated with new creepy residents in the form of skeletons and other creatures.

On Saturday, October 17th, the town will be celebrating "Scare-ville: A Dia De Los Muertos Celebration" from 5:00pm until 9:30pm at Veterans Field, located at 167 Main Street in Sayreville. Designed for all ages, the evening will feature a Skeleton Parade, so come dressed to scare (or impress).

In addition, the MJX Dance Program will be entertaining the crowd with a special performance. At 7:30pm, the movie "Coco" will be shown, so don't forget to bring your blankets or lawn chairs.
