The Lacey Township Recreation Department is currently taking registration for its spring senior citizen day trips. These popular trips will be scheduled throughout the spring and will again bring the senior residents to popular destinations.
On Thursday, April 19 the Lacey Township Department of Recreation will be traveling to the Shore Premium Outlets in Tinton Falls, NJ. The Township Recreation Busses will depart from the Gille Park parking lot at 9:30 a.m. for a great afternoon of shopping. Lunch will be on your own at the Food Court and the cost for this trip is $6 per person.
On Thursday, April 26 the Lacey Township Department of Recreation will be traveling to The Shoppes at Historic Smithville and Village Green in Smithville, NJ. The Township Recreation Busses will depart from the Gille Park parking lot at 9:30 a.m. for a great afternoon of shopping, tasting, and sight seeing. Lunch will be on your own and the cost for this trip is $6 per person.

On Wednesday, May 2 the Lacey Township Department of Recreation will be traveling to beautiful Cape May, NJ. The Township Recreation Busses will depart from the Gille Park parking lot at 8 a.m. for a great afternoon of shopping, tasting, and sight seeing as the salty breeze sweeps you off your feet. Lunch will be on your own and the cost for this trip is $9 per person.
On Thursday, May 10 the Lacey Township Department of Recreation will be traveling to Columbus Market in Columbus, NJ. The Township Recreation Busses will depart from the Gille Park parking lot at 8 a.m. for a great afternoon of shopping, tasting, and antiquing. Lunch will be on your own while at the market and the cost for this trip is $6 per person.

On Thursday, May 17 the Lacey Township Department of Recreation will be traveling to the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ. The Township Recreation Busses will depart from the Gille Park parking lot at 9 a.m. for a wonderful afternoon of art appreciation. Lunch will be on your own while at the Park and the cost for this trip is $16 per person.
Lacey Township resident can register for these programs at the Recreation Office, 818 Lacey Road, on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis and all checks should be made payable to Lacey Township.
