Applications Open For Lacey 'Leader In Training' Program
The program is designed for 14- and 15-year-olds to help at Lacey's Summer in the Parks program.

LACEY, NJ — Applications are now open for Lacey Recreation's Leader in Training (LIT) program.
This summer program is designed for 14- and 15-year-olds to assist the leadership team at Lacey's Summer in the Parks day camp program.
It runs seven weeks and is located at three township park sites: Hebrew, Huffy Wallis and Clune Park.

"LITs will shadow and work side by side with veteran counselors who have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and work ethic," Lacey Recreation said. "This gives the trainee an opportunity to observe the daily operation of the camp program."
The position is unpaid, but can be used as community service hours.

The application deadline is March 10, 2023.
