Armed Bank Robbery Under Investigation In Lacey: Police
The robbery occurred Monday afternoon in Forked River, according to police.
LACEY, NJ — An armed robbery at TD Bank Monday is under investigation by Lacey police.
It happened at TD Bank in Forked River at about 2:30 p.m., police said.
A man entered the bank and demanded money from a bank teller, police said. He had what appeared to be a black handgun and took an undetermined amount of cash.

He then fled on foot, where police believe he got into a car and drove away.
The suspect is described as a man, about 5-foot-10-inches to 6-foot tall, wearing jeans, a light-colored long-sleeved button down shirt and a baseball hat, police said. He also wore glasses and a surgical mask.
