Unitarian Universalist Ocean County Congregation Presents "The Land That Never Has Been Yet"

Drawing from Langston Hughes’ famous poem “Let America Be America Again,” Guest Speaker Rev. Charles Loflin highlights the divide between America’s founding promise …and its reality. This service is being included as part of the Murray Grove Homecoming.

There will be Drum Circle Sunday, September 27 at 1 pm, following UUOCC's Sunday Service facilitated by PRoseann DePasquale.  A fun afternoon of drumming, dancing, singing and release. Bring a bag lunch if you wish to eat between service and the drum circle. Circle is usually 2 hours, but attendees come and go.  No drumming/musical experience is necessary.  Some people come to enjoy the moment and don’t pick up an instrument.  We will have a limited supply of drums and other percussion instruments to accommodate attendees.  Roseann is a member of UU.
