Cast Iron Stove, Valuable Materials Stolen From Truck In Lacey

LACEY, NJ — A cast iron stove and more valuable materials were stolen from a truck parked on the 400 block of Devon Street, police said. A Cummings engine lift, a cast iron stove, and six steel tow chains were stolen out of the bed from the bed.

The owner of the vehicle, an Ocean Gate resident, reported the theft at 1 a.m. Monday. The items were taken between July 20 and 29, police said.

The items are valued at about $1,500, police said.
