Celebrate America Today! Holiday Closures

Here's what's closed in Lacey this Fourth of July

Most of us -- including our state and federal governments -- are celebrating our country's 236th birthday today. We hope you will do so safely.

Here's what's affected:

  • The Township Municipal Building. It will reopen on Thursday.
  • There will be no trash pickup today. It will resume on its normal schedule on Thursday.
  • The Recycling Center will be closed but there will be curbside recycling for Zone 5. The recycling center will reopen on Thursday.
  • County, state and federal government offices, including the County Connection at the Ocean County Mall.
  • All branches of the Ocean County Library.
  • US Postal Service. Mail delivery will resume on Thursday.
