This series of culinary explorations will provide cooking enthusiasts with the hands-on experience under the supervision of our chef instructor. Register for one night in the series or all three! Seafood Night: Learn how to break down a whole fish into portions ready to cook. After we have prepped the fish we will move on to the cooking where multiple techniques will be explained and executed. Please bring your own knife and cutting board. Wednesday, March 7 6:30 to 9p.m. Fee: $45.
