Expect More Traffic, Pedestrians As Schools Start: Lacey Police
Lacey police said they will conduct additional traffic safety enforcement details as school heads back into session.
LACEY, NJ — It's almost time for school to start, and Lacey police are warning residents to expect increased traffic in town.
The first day of school is Sept. 6, so expect more traffic in school zones and more pedestrians as kids walk to school or wait at bus stops, police said.
"The Lacey Township Police Department is asking that you take this into consideration while traveling throughout the community during school hours," Lacey police said. "During these times, the Lacey Township Police Department will be conducting additional traffic safety enforcement details."
