Frank J. Mulvaney, World War II Navy Veteran, Dies At 88
Services slated for Friday and Saturday

Frank J. Mulvaney, 88, of Forked River died on Saturday, Sept. 6 at his home.
Born in Newark and formerly of the Caldwell area he moved to Forked River in 2005. Frank had worked for many years as a salesman for Westinghouse in Newark. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a .served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a lifelong member of St. Aloysius Church in Caldwell.

Frank loved golf, but centered his life around home and family.
Frank was predeceased by his sister Marilyn Duthie. Surviving are his wife Rosalie Truland Mulvaney, his beloved step-children Judy Schermerhorn and Joe Truland, his six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, sister Colleen Keating and his beloved nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Friday, Sept.12, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m.pm and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Riggs Funeral Home 130 North Route 9 (North Main Street) in Forked River,.
A Funeral Liturgy will be offered from St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 300 Lacey Road at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Cremation will follow and be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lacey EMS PO Box 289 Forked River, NJ 08731 in Frank’s memory.
