Free Slurpees Today At 7-Eleven Locations

The 7-Eleven franchise is celebrating the 84^th anniversary of the chain by giving away free Slurpees today, 7/11/2011.

Customers are invited to receive a free, 7.11-ounce Slurpee at any 7-Eleven location, while supplies last, according to a release from the convenience store chain.

“7-Eleven Day and giving away free Slurpee beverages is our way of thanking customers for their patronage throughout the year and showing appreciation for their support,” said Jesus Delgado-Jenkins, a 7-Eleven vice president, in a release.

The chain gave out more than 5 million Slurpee drinks last year and hope to give out at least the same number this year, according to the release.

There are 7-Eleven's located on Lacey Road in Forked River and Main Street in Lanoka Harbor.
