Joseph Nicoletti, Retired State Police Sergeant, Dies At 74
Services for Forked River resident slated for Friday and Saturday

Joseph Nicoletti passed away on Monday, Nov. 17, 2014. He leaves behind his wife Carol Ann and three children, Joey Nicoletti, Santa Monica, CA, Diane Nicoletti, Hackensack, and Sharon Nicoletti, Cliffside Park.
He was employed by the New Jersey State Police for 27 years and attained the rank of Sergeant First Class. He was a member of the State Police NCO and an active member of the Former Troopers Association.
He loved all sports, especially jogging and playing handball and working out daily at the Ultimate Gym, Forked River.
Visitation will be on Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Layton’s Home For Funerals, Forked River; Please meet Saturday at the Church of Saint Pius X for a 9 a.m. Funeral Mass. Cremation will be private. Joe’s final resting place will be Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ.
