Lacey Coronavirus Update: 156 Cases, 5 Deaths
The health department reported 6,093 cases and 352 deaths in Ocean County on Tuesday.
LACEY, NJ—The number of new coronavirus cases in Lacey has again increased, according to the Ocean County Health Department.
As of Tuesday evening, health officials reported 156 positive cases, and increase of six compared to the previous day. There was no increase in deaths. The coronavirus death toll still stands at five. Check here for daily updates from the OCHD.
To date, the department is reporting 6,093 cases and 352 deaths in Ocean County.

More than 76 percent of those deaths have occurred in people 65 years of age and older.
The 19-44 age group currently make up the majority of coronavirus cases, county health officials reported. They are followed by the 45-64 crowd.

More than half of the county's coronavirus cases are men, according to OCHD. As of Tuesday, women made up 45.86 percent of the cases.
