LACEY, NJ — The Lacey Elks Lodge No. 2518 received formal recognition for its ongoing support of local veterans.
The lodge's Veterans Committee Chairperson, Lori Day, was specifically acknowledged for these efforts.
The recognition occurred on Feb. 6 during a breakfast event held at the Captain’s Inn. The recognition highlighted the Veterans Committee’s hands-on work with veterans. This work is conducted through its partnership with Vetworks.

Among the specific initiatives mentioned was a recent yard clean-up project, which benefited a local veteran. The Lacey Elks Lodge 2518 Veterans Committee organized and carried out this clean-up.
