A Lacey student was recognized for his winning entry in the Elks Drug Awareness Poster Contest, emphasizing healthy choices.

LACEY, NJ — The Lacey Elks Lodge recently congratulated Ethan Kasper for earning first place in its annual Drug Awareness Poster Contest. Kasper's poster was selected for its creativity, strong message and thoughtful approach to promoting a drug-free lifestyle, according to a press release.
The lodge awarded Kasper a $100 Amazon gift card for his achievement. His artistic talent and dedication to the message were recognized by the lodge.
