Lacey Food Bank Helping Workers Affected By Shutdown

The Lacey Food Bank has waived its eligibility requirements for federal workers affected by the government shutdown. Federal employees furloughed or working without pay during the shutdown just need to show their federal employee ID, Lacey officials announced.

The Lacey Food Bank — located at 102 Station Dr., Forked River — is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. For more information, call 609-242-2848.
