LACEY, NJ — The residents have spoken: these are the best-decorated spots for the holidays in all of Lacey.

Lacey Recreation announced the winners of the annual Lacey in Lights competition on Tuesday.

Coming in first was 21 Haines St., home of Forked River Baptist Church.

  2. 427 Lake Barnegat Dr. N
  3. 1705 Fleetwood Dr.
  4. 1421 Clearview St.
  5. 560 Lanlac Dr.
