Lacey Man Gets 5 Years For Arranging Sex With Child
Dylan Daffron was one of 24 arrested in the undercover investigation, "Operation Open House."

TRENTON, NJ — A Lacey man was sentenced to five years in prison for attempting to have sex with a child, the New Jersey Office of Attorney General announced. Dylan Daffron was arrested in September after luring a "boy" who was actually an undercover cop to his home.
Daffron, 29, pleaded guilty July 15 to second-degree luring/enticing a child. He must register as a sex offender and will be subject to parole supervision for life.
The man was one of 24 arrested in the OAG's "Operation Open House," the agency said. The men were using social media to lure underage boys and girls for sexual activity, according to the OAG.

Daffron thought he was talking to a 15-year-old on social media, authorities said. The "boy" was an undercover Vorhees Township officer. Daffron asked the "boy" to meet him for sexual activity and sent explicit images, the OAG said.
He was arrested later that day when dozens of Operation Open House officers came to his home.
