Lacey Man Indicted In Child Sex Abuse Material Case
The 21-year-old man sent nude photos to two teen girls, ages 15 and 13, authorities said.
LACEY, NJ — A Lacey man was indicted on child sex abuse material charges after sending nude photos and having sexual conversations with teenage girls, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
Seth Bowles, 21, was indicted by a Grand Jury on charges of manufacturing child sexual abuse material, possession of child sexual abuse material, sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of distributing obscene materials to a minor, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced.
Investigation revealed that between September 2025 and January 2026, Bowles sent nude photographs of himself to a 15-year-old girl and requested nude photos from her, Billhimer said. He also told the girl to engage in sexual conduct and send him videos and photos of her doing so, Billhimer said.

A court-authorized search warrant on Bowles' home was executed on Jan. 15 where several electronic items were seized.
Bowles was taken into custody and lodged in Ocean County Jail where he was later released due to bail reform.

Further investigation found that during this time, Bowles was also communicating with a 13-year-old girl in Nebraska via Kik Messenger, Billhimer said. Bowles sent the girl a nude photo and engaged in sexual conversations with her, Billhimer said.
