Lacey Man Stole Nearly $3K In Goods From Pa. Truck Stop: Police
Police found 10 backpacks, 45 pairs of work gloves and more, according to the Press & Journal.
LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — A Lacey man stole nearly $3,000 in goods from a Pennsylvania truck stop, according to state police. Jeffrey Bernard Marques was charged with felony retail theft Sept. 11, according to authorities.
Marques, 70, stole the items from Love's Travel Stop, police said. Authorities found him with 10 backpacks, 45 pairs of work gloves and other miscellaneous items, according to the Press & Journal.
Police found the items during a consent search of Marques's tractor-trailer, the Press & Journal reports. Bail was set at $5,000.
