Lacey Man Sexually Assaulted Teen, Asked For Videos, Photos, Prosecutor Says
Seth Bowles, 20, sent nude photos to the 15-year-old, and instructed her to send sexual photos and videos, authorities said.
LACEY, NJ — A Lacey man is accused of sexually assaulting and sending nude photos to a 15-year-old girl, asking her to send back sexual photos and videos, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.
Seth Bowles, 20, is charged with distributing obscene materials to a minor, manufacturing child sexual abuse material, possession of child sexual abuse material, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said.
Between September 2025 and December 2025, Bowles sent nude photos of himself to the teen girl, Billhimer said. He requested child sexual abuse material from her and told her to send videos and photos of her engaging in sexual conduct, Billhimer said.

A court-authorized search warrant on Bowles' home was executed on Jan. 15 where several electronic items were seized.
Bowles sits in Ocean County Jail where he remains pending a detention hearing.
