Lacey Police Announce 2026 Bicycle Rodeo At Middle School
The May 30 rain-or-shine event will feature bike safety classes, inspections, registration and a BMX stunt show.
LACEY, NJ — The Lacey Township Police Department announced its 2026 Bicycle Rodeo, set for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Lacey Township Middle School.
The rain-or-shine event is scheduled from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and is planned as an afternoon of bike-related activities, safety education and demonstrations.
According to the department’s announcement, the event will include bicycle safety classes, bike inspections and bicycle registration. The program also is set to feature a BMX stunt performance by the Dialed Action Sports Team. Demonstrations from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department are also planned.

The announcement said Beachwood Bicycles also will attend the event. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Chick-fil-A, Between The Bunz NJ Food Truck, Elemen7ts by NitroGirl, and Tom and Dee’s Italian Ice, according to the department.
The police department described the event as offering “an afternoon of fun, excitement, education, and more!”
