Lacey Police Arrest Two After Witnessing Suspected Drug Transaction

Incident took place near the parking lot of Home Deport, police chief says.

Lacey police recently arrested a man and a woman near the parking lot of Home Depot after witnessing a suspected drug transaction, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Detectives followed the drivers of the two vehicles on July 15, then detained them as they left the parking lot, the chief said.

They determined that Eric Lenovich, Natucket Court, Toms River had 50 folds of heroin in his possession. They then searched the second car and a local hotel room registered to Jennie Feliciano, 31, Route 9, Forked River, and discovered 100 folds of heroin consistent with those seized from Lenovich, Paprota said.
