Kenneth Farley, 53, had passed out in his car after huffing electronic cleaner, police chief says.

Lacey police recently arrested a Tampa, Florida man for trying to get high by inhaling electronic cleaner fumes in his vehicle, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

Officer Jason Lee responded to the CVS store at 700 Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor at 10:02 p.m. on Sept. 14 on a report of a man huffing electronic cleaner. Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Kenneth Farley, 53, who had apparently passed out in the car, the chief said.

Farley was taken to police headquarters, where he was charged with inhaling toxic chemical fumes for the purpose of causing intoxication. He was released on a criminal summons, Paprota said.
