Lacey Police Find Hypodermic Needle During Shoplifting Arrest

A woman was arrested on charges she tried to take $205 worth of merchandise from Walmart, Lacey Police said.

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police in Lacey Township said a woman was arrested on charges she attempted to take $205 worth of merchandise from Walmart, and that officers found a hypodermic needle when they were placing her under arrest.

Rhiannon Bogdan, 23, was arrested Nov. 1 and faces two shoplifting charges and a charge of possession with intent to use or sell hypodermic syringes, jail records show.

Lacey Police said Bogdan was wanted by the Ocean County Superior Court on outstanding shoplifting charges.
