LACEY, NJ — Don't let this news stop you from enjoying summer, but the first bell of the 2019-20 school year is less than two months away.

Here are some key dates for the upcoming year in the Lacey Township School District.

Calendar:

• First day of school: Sept. 4
• Half days: Sept. 4-6
• Columbus Day, no school for students: Oct. 14
• New Jersey Education Association convention, no school: Nov. 4-8
• Halfs day for middle and elementary only, parent/teacher conferences: Nov. 22-24
• Half day: Nov. 27
• Thanksgiving break: Nov. 28-29
• Winter break: Dec. 23 to Jan. 3
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no school: Jan. 20
• President's Day, no school: Feb. 17
• Student half day: March 20
• Spring break: April 10-17
• Half day: May 22
• Memorial Day, no school: May 25
• Student half days: June 15-18
• Last day of school: June 18
• High School graduation: June 18
