Lacey Schools: Dates To Know After Winter Break

LACEY, NJ — After you enjoy the holidays, here are some dates that parents of Lacey students should keep in mind.

Jan. 6: return to school. Winter break extends a few years after New Year's.

The Board of Education reorganization meeting will also take place at 6 p.m. in the high school lecture hall.

Jan. 15: last change to get yearbook pictures.

Feb. 20, May 22, June 15-18: half days for students.

Students get the usual holidays off, such as Martin Luther King Day (Jan. 20), President's Day (Feb. 17) and Memorial Day (May 25). But keep the half days in mind in case you need to plan ahead.

April 10-19: spring break.

May 8: Junior prom, 6-10 p.m., Holiday Inn Manahawkin.

June 5: Senior prom, 7-11 p.m., Carriage House in Galloway.

June 18: last day of school and high school graduation.
