Learn How To Play Ukulele On The Lake In Lacey
Residents of all ages have the chance to learn how to play the ukulele while enjoying the beach this summer in Lacey.
LACEY, NJ — Looking for a fun summer activity that combines music and the beach? Lacey Recreation is offering a "Ukulele on the Lake" program this summer.
The program is a group class that teaches the fundamentals of ukulele in a relaxed setting, Lacey Recreation said. Students ages 7 to adult are invited to join.
Experienced ukulele teacher Bryan Bosen will guide seven weeks of instruction, concluding with a group performance open to friends and family on the eighth week.

The course is held at Lake Barnegat on Sundays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., running from July 3 to Sept. 4, with no classes on August 14 and 28.
The class costs $199 for those who already have a ukulele, or $239, which includes ukulele, case, strap, picks and tuner.
