A Letter To The Editor From The Two Independent Candidates For Township Committee

Exercise your constitutional right to vote, candidates say.

A Letter to the Editor from Greg Pancza and Barry Bendar:

We would like to thank the citizens of Lacey for their outpouring of support and kind words of encouragement as we travel the township door to door seeking to raise the public’s awareness of our campaign. Thank you also, for the responses we have received on our website and Facebook page.

To the best of our knowledge, we are the first pair of Independent candidates to run for Lacey Township Committee. A true historic moment, and a sign that things are changing.

We would also like to remind everyone to exercise your constitutional right to vote on Tuesday November 3.. Many veterans have given their all for our freedom, and among the foremost freedoms is the right to vote. Please honor our brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our Country by taking advantage of your ability to choose who will lead your town, county, and state by coming out and voting.

Of course we hope you will come out and support us for Township Committee, and the real change we will bring to the “politics as usual” in Lacey Township. Taxes are forcing residents to move, services to residents are suffering, public safety is compromised, and salaries for administrators continue to exceed the national average, including raises of 4 percent and higher annually. It is time for a change in direction.
