Man Intoxicated With Baby At Lacey Walmart: Police

The man was also accused of resisting arrest and aggravated assault, police said.

LACEY, NJ — A Bayville man was accused of being intoxicated in Walmart on Saturday with his 2-year-old child with him, Lacey police said. Jason Stewart, 37, resisted arrest, according to police.

Stewart was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct, police said.

Police were dispatched at 6:32 p.m. Saturday. He remains in Ocean County Jail.
