May 2: ReBUILD Hosts Muddy Shoe Tour In Ortley Beach

ORTLEY BEACH, N.J., April 15, 2015 – Homebuyers are invited to tour Walters-ReBUILD’s Energy Star-qualified model home currently under construction in Ortley Beach. The muddy shoe tour for the single-family Sea Breeze model will be held on Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., located just off Route 35 North at 68 Coolidge Avenue.

Attendees can enjoy light refreshments while touring the new 1,742-square-foot home featuring a multi-level open floorplan with four bedrooms, loft space, two full baths, two half baths and two wide decks. Sales representatives from ReBUILD and an engineering professional from EAM Associates will be on hand to answer questions about building a custom home at the Jersey Shore. During the tour, people will get a behind-the-walls peek at the tighter construction, improved insulation, and quality enhancements that combine to make Energy Star homes roughly 30% more energy efficient than standard homes, according to Matthew Gaudet-Walters, sales representative for ReBUILD, the custom home division of Walters Homes.

The Sea Breeze model is one of 50 floor plans offered by ReBUILD. All of the coastal inspired designs are raised to exceed FEMA’s guidelines, making them ideal beach homes suitable for sites near the shoreline.

Homeowners can take advantage of several incentives offered for a limited time including $5,000 off the base price of a standard model with no architectural changes, as well as hardwood floors on main levels and granite kitchen countertops.
