New Breakfast Spot Holding Grand Opening In Lacey

Breakfast at Bryant's in Forked River offers a variety of egg dishes, pancakes, French toast, waffles and more.

FORKED RIVER, NJ — You can never get enough of breakfast food, and a new spot is opening in Lacey that offers tons of it.

Breakfast at Bryant's is hosting its grand opening on Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The new restaurant is at 44G Manchester Ave. in Forked River, the plaza with Surf Taco, where El Abuelito previously was.

The grand opening of this family-owned restaurant promises delicious breakfast food, specialty coffee and drinks, fun raffles and more surprises.

Just make sure you bring your appetite. The massive menu boasts a wide variety of unique breakfast dishes, from savory to sweet and everything in between.

Egg lovers can try the "soy del rancho," a whole wheat tortilla topped with three eggs your way, chorizo, potatoes, black beans, onions, avocado and cheddar cheese drizzled with chipotle sauce. They also offer various omelets, from classics to Mediterranean to the "burger omelette," with ground beef, American cheese, tomatoes and fried onions topped with ketchup and mayo.

Of course, those who love sweet breakfasts have plenty to pick from, with pancakes, French toast and waffles. The "cinabon pancakes" promise to be filled with "ooey gooey cinnamon deliciousness" with cream cheese icing, or try the "churro French toast" that literally is topped with mini churros.

If that's not your style, Breakfast at Bryant's also has some healthy offerings as well as a lunch menu.
