Why did the town allow people to erect a memorial? to someone who died in Barnegat Bay? Suppose everyone who lost someone in the bay decided to erect a memorial.
The "memorial" is a mailbox post with car parts and beer bottles. After tonight's memorial, the beach will be littered with fireworks stuff and cigarette butts.Why can't Nic be honored where he is buried. I want to know where these people live so I can honor my people at their house
