Many environmental and sportsman’s clubs will offer up educational exhibits, displays, and information. Contests include youth and adult categories in working and decorative decoy carving, duck and goose calling contests, archery, boat building, and art and photo.
The event will also host the New Jersey Duck Calling Championship when the winner will represent the state at the World Duck Calling Championship in Stuttgart, Ark., and receive a $500 first place prize, donated by NJ Waterfowlers.
Guests will be able to try their hand at skeet shooting or can also sit back and watch as puppies and adult dogs compete in the retrieving contests, which has long been a show favorite.
