LACEY, NJ — Social distancing at the grocery store is tough. It's easier when you dominated Earth for millions of years — and you're inflatable.

Two people dressed as dinosaurs shopped Tuesday morning at ShopRite in Lacey. One photo from inside the store shows the prehistoric beasts carrying baskets of groceries and going about their dinosaur business.

The last few weeks have been trying for New Jerseyans because of the novel-coronavirus outbreak. But the dinosaurs gave customers something to laugh about.

Terry Stesney went to ShopRite at the same time, and she posted some pictures on the Lacey Township Chatter Facebook group. She said it wasn't crowded, she got everything she needed and she kept at least 6 feet from the dinosaurs.
