Patricia Ann Koudelik, Longtime Lacey School Aide, Founding Member Lacey Soccer Club Dies At 71

Services will be held on Thursday and Friday.

Patricia Ann Koudelik , (nee Cox), 71, of Forked River passed away peacefully at her home on Monday June 27, 2016.

She was born in Union and lived in Cranford before moving to Forked River in 1963. Mrs. Koudelik was a school aide for the Lacey Township Board of Education for 33 years, before retiring in 2007. She was a founding member of the Lacey Soccer Club and was active in the Lacey Softball League.

Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-Grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David J., her daughter, Candace S. Koudelik, two sons, David J. Jr. and Douglas J. She is also survived by her brother Jack Cox, a sister, Pam Brewster, and her five grandchildren, Jarrad, Devinn, Kevin, Dale and Darrian. She also has two great-grandchildren Oliver and Daphne.

A viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, June 30 and from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Route 9 (aka North Main Street), Forked River, NJ 08731. A time of sharing will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment shall follow at Good Luck Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Forked River Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 32, Forked River, NJ 08731 in Pat's memory would be appreciated.
