Thinking College? Check Out The Possibilities At College Fair

Hosted by the Ocean County Personnel and Guidance Association, the Spring College Kick-Off Fair will have 100 schools represented.

If you're a high school student planning for your future or an adult looking for a new direction for your life, the Spring College Kick-Off Fair may be the place to start your search.

Sponsored by the Ocean County Personnel and Guidance Association, the fair, set for Sunday, April 24 at Pine Belt Arena, will have nearly 100 colleges, technical schools and representatives of branches of the military.

The fair runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The fair will be preceded by a financial aid workshop that begins at 12:30 p.m.

There are more than 25 New Jersey colleges and universities represented along with more than 20 from Pennsylvania. The University of Maryland, Towson, University of Tampa, Quinnipiac, Wagner, Manhattan, Marist and many more colleges will be at the event.

For those considering technical careers, there will be vocational and technical colleges, as well as county colleges.

The event is free.
