1,500 Heroin Doses, Ecstacy Seized, 2 Charged In Drug Bust: OCPO

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Lakewood woman and a Cranbury man were arrested and more than 1,500 doses of heroin/fentanyl and a large quantity of MDMA/Ecstasy pills were seized Tuesday in a joint drug investigation between the Mercer County and Ocean County prosecutor's office.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri issued a joint announcement of Tuesday's arrests.

Allie Dickerson, 30, of Lakewood and David Jones, 44, of Cranbury, were arrested after detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, with members of the Mercer County Special Investigations Unit, Mercer County Tactical Response Team, and Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, executed a search warrant at an address in Cranbury.

Jones was charged with one count of distribution of heroin/fentanyl, one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin/fentanyl; one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin/fentanyl; two counts of possession of heroin/fentanyl; one count of possession with the intent to distribute MDMA/Ecstasy; and one count of possession of MDMA/Ecstasy, Billhimer said.

He is being held at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.

Dickerson was charged with one count of possession with the intent to distribute heroin/fentanyl; one count of possession of heroin/fentanyl; one count of possession with intent to distribute MDMA/Ecstasy; and possession of MDMA/Ecstasy, Billhimer said.

Dickerson was released pending a future court date.
